Thanks for the link.
I always thought that Brandin was low profile as a maker? And why do an interview if you don't take new orders?... Jay |

Maybe it was fun to do? An opportunity to share some insights? A little something different to while away the hours? Not really quite sure what relationship
not taking new orders has to do with doing an interview. Oh wait, that's right, maybe its not all about the money. Fortunately, it is, for the most part,
still a free country and talking to the media (which in my experience is not necessarily always the best use of one's time), and if a guy wants to do an
interview, regardless of whether he takes fly rod orders or not, he can do the interview. There, that was easily worth 2 cents.

It seemed to me that the "Photo Gallery" link was a little hard to find. If you missed it, be sure to go back to the article and find the link to
seven great photos that show Brandin at work, building his rods. The article is also now the lead story on Boston.Com/Monster's weekly employment
e-mailing: boston.com/jobs/newsletters/archive/091008_careernews.html
Quashnet's Paul H. Young Rod Database has photos and descriptions of over
330 PHY Co. rods, plus catalogs, accessories, etc. Thank you to all
who continue to send me PHY rod photos and info.
