pesticides/herbicides in them critters. I suppose if shot in the Rockies, they&#39;re pretty pure but you need to be pretty hungry to enjoy it. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Varmint, I cooked up some milk soaked venison a few weeks ago that was really great medium/rare.  I hadn&#39;t had venison in a long time so it was a nice
change.  And I&#39;ve had some very good bison strip steaks recently, since I&#39;ve been attending many interview dinners for work at a particular restuarant
that does lean meats well.

I just had some venison tenderloin soaked in milk overnite,battered,and fried.It was definately better tasting than ANY beef I&#39;ve ever eaten
period.....melted in my mouth.

Both are much milder than venison and leaner than beef and quite tasty to boot. In my neck of the woods, bison is darn near as available as beef, and here in

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m not arguing nutrition ( although I had 2 friends that ate 90% of their red meat as venison, neither one is still with us)but I&#39;m not buying the
taste argument. If you have to eat it processed as in Bacon, Bologna etc. than your covering up the taste. Get a steak from Beef and Venison, put it under the
broiler without adding a thing to it and then tell me which is tastier. ]]></description>

As for single malt, I recently opened a bottle of Longmorn 15 y.o. and with the weather getting warmer I think it will be an excellent choice - not as peaty or

			<description><![CDATA[ Somehow, the book signing tour had one event on the East coast this year. I haven&#39;t been to the Orvis store in Manchester in many years so the new building
was quite a surprise. (The trout in the indoor and outdoor pools were quite surprising too.) There was a line at eleven when the signing started but it tapered
off to someone every once in a while after an hour or so. John was engaging in conversation as the books got signed and there was plenty of time for everyone.
