			<description><![CDATA[ Well a few year ago at a fishing camp we were fed Salmon fillet that one of the guys cooked on the grill, WOW! I liked it so well that I asked for the recipe
and since then I have cooked this with great success. So I thought I would share this with everyone.

2-4 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon salt

lemon juice

			<description><![CDATA[ Has anyone used those flavored lava rocks for gas grills that are supposed to impart their flavor to whatever you cook?  I reluctant to buy them until I find

A big downside I can see is they will impart their flavor to everything one cooks...even fruits...which may not be a good thing.
